The Art of
Rusel Parish
Brooklyn-based artist Rusel Parish uses multi media to execute his figures. From finely detailed pen & ink to broad stroked oil on canvas, Rusel explores a wide range of social issues. In this series of paintings on paper, entitled 42nds Street, he plays directly on 40 seconds - those few seconds of obscure movement. The subjects are all captured in various New York City moments. Also included in this gallery are works from the exhibition The Cult of Michael Jackson, where an entire chapel was created to the King of Pop.
